Present for Mrs. Kazinski

A young boy named Frank lives in a rooming house with his mother, a waitress, a military man and an old lady named Mrs. Kazinski. Frank and Mrs. Kazinski are great friends and they spend much time together. Mrs. Kazinski's 80th birthday approaches and Frank tries to find the perfect gift for his special friend. After consulting a variety of people and getting many lovely suggestions, it is the cat that lives under the porch that provides the best present.
