Louie and the Monsters
Louie didnt like monsters, but monsters liked Louie! They followed him upstairs and downstairs, ate his dinner, broke his toys, drew on the walls with his crayons, squished themselves into his fort, dribbled and drooled. Finally in desperation, Louie screamed and shouted at them until they left his house. Then Louie climbed the stairs alone, ate dinner alone and sat in his fort all alone. Monsters werent that bad and Louie wished that he hadnt screamed and shouted at them. So Louie took his crayons and some paper and wrote, "Sorry" and hung it on the gate outside. The monsters returned to have fun with Louie, but it was Louie who had the most fun! This charming story highlights the challenges and rewards of friendship and the importance of treasuring all friends.
